​​Refund Policy

We have a 5 day return policy in case you wish to exchange or return your item. To start a return, you can contact us at teamhuebric@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

For this, you need to send us an email at teamhuebric@gmail.com with a proper unboxing video and images of the product showing the defect, along with the original packaging. 

Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the product in the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible.

If you have noticed any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing so that we can follow up with the courier service on this.


Size discrepancies

If there are any size discrepancies between the size guide mentioned on the website and the product that you received, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided for us to check with our production team.

 

Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! To ensure the best fit, please take a moment to check our size guide before placing your order. Since we print your items specifically after your order is confirmed, we do not encourage exchanges. This helps us avoid any delays and ensures you get exactly what you ordered. 

However, If you would still like to exchange or return a product due to a wrong size being ordered, please write to us at teamhuebric@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you and find a solution.


Cancellation post order confirmation:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if we have already started processing your order (printing/shipping) the cancellation request will not be entertained.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Gift Cards
Please note that gift cards once purchased are final and cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.


Refunds

All returns and exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery by writing to us at teamhuebric@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the rare event that an item is lost in transit, we will issue a refund once the courier service confirms the item as lost.
